Hand stitching this little Chubby Turkey is fun and easy enough for beginners and youngsters!
Easy to follow instructions should only take you an hour or two to complete.
The completed project is about the size of your hand and would be adorable sitting on your holiday table, or attached to a seasonal wreath, or just cuddle him!
This unique and original pattern was designed by illustrator Becka Seashols (aka Beckadooodles) and lovingly packaged so the kit itself would make a beautiful gift.
The kit is packaged in a handmade pillow box measuring 4.5 x 7 inches and includes; Felt squares DMC embroidery floss Instruction sheet Printed pattern templates Polyester fiber filling and a PDF with step-by-step photos All the stitching is done by hand - you won't need a sewing machine!
You will need a few things:
Scissors Needle Pins Craft Glue Double sticky tape (optional)
The finished Turkey measures approximately 5.75 inches wide and 4.50 inches tall
The kit includes enough supplies to create one Chubby Turkey.
After you've completed him, you can use the paper template and instructions to create more Turkey friends!
You will have a lot of thread leftover, so you'll only need to purchase more felt and filling. You can pick different colors and have fun with it!
I prepare and pack the kits myself in small batches, using the same top quality materials and thread that use to make my own ornaments and decorations.
This is a fairly easy project - some sewing experience will be useful but not necessary. Beginners should be able to complete without too much hassle.
